Olivia is a 12-year-old beautiful young girl who recently was diagnosed with cancer. While in Angola, we met and went out into the community with Valerie and her daughter. (See picture on the right.) They are from Angola. She took us to meet a friend of hers, the mother of Olivia. We went to her place of employment. While standing in the foyer we all held hands, and were blessed to pray with Olivia’s Mom for Olivia and their family. She said she really needed that. Our hearts are heavy for this family. Olivia has a very good survival rate but has to go through 3 years of treatment. This will be a long journey for this family, but they know the Lord and our God is faithful.
“Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.” — 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 NIV
The Lord has a way of putting us in the exact place He wants us in His perfect timing. This time it was to encourage and comfort.

Something amazing is happening in Greenville, Ohio!
35 Greenville football players accepted Jesus as their Savior! 13 of them were baptized on August 13. We were blessed to witness their baptisms.
Days later the Greenville football guys shared with the Ansonia football team and 20+ players put their trust in Christ.
Not only did this happen with the football teams, but a Time to Revive team shared with the Greenville soccer team and 4 of the guys accepted Christ. Then they shared the Gospel with Stebbins school, a Dayton area soccer team. 9 of those boys accepted Jesus as their Savior, and 3 more from Greenville soccer team also accepted Christ.
A Time to Revive team then went to share with a Junior High volleyball team and 31 players accepted Christ.
“Do you not say, ‘There are yet four months, then comes the harvest’? Look, I tell you, lift up your eyes, and see that the fields are white for harvest.” — John 4:35 ESV
We were in Angola, IN and Greenville, OH this past month. We just touched on a few of the things that God is doing. Our goal is to keep you updated and share the stories of changed and touched lives with you in our Monthly Missionary Update. The stories that we share are our heartbeat in this ministry. Changed lives!

Please pray for Olivia and her family.
Please pray for the youth that received Jesus as their Savior. Prayers that their hearts will be on fire for the Lord and that they will continue to go out and share their faith.
